Prof Josiah Munda
Prof. Josiah Munda holds a D Eng degree (2002) in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Ryukyus, Japan. He is the Director of the Centre for Energy and Electric Power, and an associate professor of power systems at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Tshwane University of Technology, South Africa.
His research interests include: Power system analysis, renewable energy supplies, distributed generation systems, intelligent control of hybrid power systems and smart grid solutions.
He has authored and co-authored over 50 papers in refereed journals and conference proceedings as well as a book contribution. He is a member of IEEE and a senior member of SAIEE.
